# Accepts the terms presented under the UUID

**POST /terms/{termsId}/accept**

Accepts the terms using the user that is linked in the token.
This endpoint must only be called as a reaction of direct user
consent with the terms of service.

#### Path parameters
- **termsId** (string(uuid))
  The ID of the terms.

### 204: terms successfully accepted

### 400: Bad request

### 401: OAuth token missing or invalid or a linked identity is missing.

Linked identity missing is a special case where you need to make sure that
the user has additionally logged in / authorized with a third-party.

This is not relevant for most use-cases.

The specific error code that identifies a missing linked identity is `missing-linked-identity`
